Body Blast Workout (16 & up)
Bored of traditional fitness/aerobic classes? Join this class and enjoy using a variety of props to get fit or stay fit. The class will integrate stability balls, medicine balls, steps, hula hoops, jump ropes and more. Have fun and get a good workout too.
Basic Training (16 & up)
Whether you call it boot camp or basic training this physically demanding class will turn you into a fat burning machine. This class, taught by a certified Navy Fitness Instructor, will use the basics of military-style training to give you the results you want. The class will take place largely outdoors but it?s no picnic in the park. It?s great for those that want a break from the gym routine. As a Navy Fitness Instructor, Mike has trained literally thousands of sailors who could not meet the required physical fitness standards and turned them into strong, healthy individuals. Kettle Bell Training (18 & up)
A 'kettlebell' is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. It is the ultimate tool for extreme all-round fitness. This 4 class series will teach you the basic kettlebell exercises and how to do them safely. Each class is designed as a progression as you learn the basics to the difficult exercises. After taking this class you will be able to confidently work out with the kettlebell on your own and watch your body get stronger and more flexible at the same time. The kettlebell is a great cross training tool and a great tool for rehabilitating those tough injuries that result from running and other exercise activities. If you are a male and want a tough challenging workout then this is for you. If you are a female and want that goddess warrior body then this is the workout for you. Zumba is a dance/fitness program inspired by Latin and International rhythms. Zumba music essentials include a combination of Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton and other international musical styles. Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participant to dance away their worries. It's fun! It's different! It's easy! It's effective! Ditch the workout and join the Party! activities. If you are a male and want a tough challenging workout then this is for you. Cardio Striptease (18 & up)
Cardio Striptease, the latest and hottest fitness trend in the US, is a hi/lo impact fitness routine choreographed with slow, sensual movements. Take it off - the pounds that is! Of course there is no nudity but, some routines do incorporate removal of clothing if participants come with multiple layers on.
