Infant and Toddler Program
Our childcare professionals are dedicated to providing your child with a safe and nurturing environment. The Infant and Young Toddler Program offers childcare services to area children between the ages of six weeks and 30 months old. Full-time and part-time care are available; however, priority will be given to those children who will be participating in the Infant and Young Toddler Program on a full-time basis. [RATES]

The Infant and Young Toddler Program is located in Room 113 of the Bailey Community
Center,
300 Bailey St., East Lansing, Mich.
Enrollment
Enrollment and registration for the Infant and Young Toddler Program occurs continuously
throughout the year on the basis of availability. The following must be completed
in full before a child is considered to be enrolled:
- Registration Form (including signature of Good Health Statement)
- Child Information Card (parents MUST update this form as information changes)
- Completed Green Health Appraisal Form with Doctor?s signature ? Copy of immunization card ? Payment of non-refundable registration fee
- Payment in full of first month?s tuition.
Ratio of Caregivers to Children
ELPRA ensures that staffing levels for the Infant and Young Toddler Program meet all required state and federal guidelines. The Department of Consumer & Industry Services requires an adult to child ratio of 1:4 for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 2 ½ years of age.
