Swimming Suits Are Required to Enter the Pool
According to the Department of Environmental
Quality?s Public Swimming Pool Health Code Part 3 of Operation and Use, Code R 325.2192
for Swimming Pool Use, Rule 92 (6) States: A SWIMMING POOL OWNER SHALL ENSURE THAT
A PERSON WEARING STREET CLOTHES OR SHOES, IS NOT PERMITTED IN A SWIMMING POOL.
You must be 48" (4ft) or taller to ride the Body Slide, Tube Slide, and Drop Slide.
This is in accordance with the Slide Manufacture Rules and the Carnival Safety Act.
Street clothes, shoes and other accessories are not permitted on the Body Slide,
Tube Slide or Drop Slide
Children in diapers and children being potty trained must
wear appropriate swim diapers
Snorkel equipment is not permitted in the pool this
includes but is not limited to masks, fins and snorkels.
Only U.S. Coast Guard Approved lifejackets are permitted in the pool in designated areas. All US Coast
Guard approved lifejackets have a stamp on the inside of the jacket.
No outside food or drink is permitted in the park (this excludes group reservations) Coolers
and glass containers are not to be brought into the facility. Concession items and
Group Reservation food must stay in permitted areas
No running or rough play, pool
staff has the right to stop any play which they deem dangerous, Please direct any
problems, concerns, or questions to the manager on duty.
