Refuse, Yard Waste & Recycling Collection
Mayor's Climate Protection Agreement
The following is a list of items sold at the Treasurer's Cashier Window at City Hall, 410 Abbot Road, for disposal of trash, yard waste, bulk items and hazardous waste:
| Yellow Bags (refuse) | 5 for $5 [other suppliers] |
| City Paper Yard Waste Bag (collection cost included) | $1 |
| Yard Waste Sticker for non-city paper bag | $1 |
| Yard Waste Sticker for 30 gallon container | $2 |
| Bulk Item Special Pickup Sticker | $15 (large items such as couches, chairs, beds, etc.) |
| Hazardous Waste Sticker | $40 (for items containing Freon) |
| Generic Bags | $7 per roll of 50 bags |
- Refuse that exceeds the easy cart must be placed in yellow bags (sold for $1).
- Recycling is available. Recycling containers are available for a one time fee of $5.50 at the Department of Public Works, 1800 E. State Road
