Refuse, Yard Waste & Recycling Collection
Mayor's Climate Protection Agreement
The City of East Lansing is helping sponsor an electronics collection which will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at the City of Lansing Recycling Transfer Station, 530 East South Street, from 8 a.m. to noon.
Items such as TV's, computers and accessories, VCR's, cell phones, stereos and more will be collected. Due to the high cost to properly recycle electronics, there will be a fee for each item dropped off.
Directions are as follows:
From S. Washington Avenue: Turn East on South Street, just North of the RR tracks. The Transfer Station is at the corner of South and Beech streets. For more information call 483-4400. Volunteers are needed for this collection if you would like to help out.
