When I went to Michigan State in 1982 I was the third generation in my family to go there for school. My grandmother Alice (Hitchcock) Bradford lived in Lansing and took the street car to MSU to get her degree in Home Economics. My dad, Robert Bradford went to Michigan State for his 2 year "Short Course" Degree in agriculture in 1950 and then my second-oldest brother Bruce Bradford graduated in Winter 1982 with his degree in packaging engineering and he went on to work at RJ Reynolds International in Winston Salem, NC...
