The City Clerk’s Office is responsible for the management and preservation of the City’s official documents, recording City Council minutes, processing business licenses governed by the City Code, coordinating Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and the administration of elections held in the City.
 
The mission of the City Clerk’s Office is to provide accurate information and courteous service in a timely and efficient manner with the highest level of professionalism.
