Departments

The Code Enforcement Department is a full cost recovery department. The operations of the department are funded by the fees. This is the case for both the housing and building divisions of the department. All overhead and personnel costs are taken into consideration when determining the fees for each operation and type of fee (effective July 1, 2011)
 

License Fees:

 *** for each trade inspector who must reinspect; for 2nd or more reinspections

Inspection Fees*

 *Per inspection except as noted

**Charge per licensed occupant with a minimum fee of $150 for an annual inspection and $75 for a reinspection
