EAST LANSING, Mich. – The MSU Homecoming parade will be held in downtown East Lansing on Friday, Oct. 21 at 6 p.m. The parade will feature women’s basketball coach Suzy Merchant as grand marshal and highlight the theme “Glow Green, Go White.” The parade will begin at the intersection of Abbot and Burcham at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center and travel south on Abbot; east on Grand River; south on Farm Lane via the Collingwood Entrance; and end at the intersection of Farm and Shaw. These East Lansing streets and their intersections will be closed Friday, Oct. 21:

Important! The East Lansing Hannah Community Center will close at 12 p.m. on Oct. 21. The parking lot will be used for parade staging. Other street closures and alternate routes
All roads southbound off Albert between Durand and Abbot will be closed. Certain roads leading to Abbot (Library, Centerlawn and Northlawn) will be closed as well. Eastbound and westbound traffic should take Saginaw. Northbound and southbound traffic should take either Harrison or Hagadorn. For more information about Homecoming, visit homecoming.msu.edu.
