The Finance Department promotes sound policies & practices and facilitates the wise use of financial resources. We coordinate the budget process and prepare the annual budget document for presentation to the council and manage the annual audit and preparation of the comprehensive annual financial report. This department also acts as the Purchasing Agent for the City, processes biweekly payroll, performs risk management and maintains all liability insurance policies.
