Landscaping
Keep your lawn neat and trimmed. Grass should be no higher than six inches. [

All grass, non-noxious weeds and plants, as defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and/or Michigan Public Health Department, and other types of plants or vegetation shall be cut, trimmed, pruned, free of disease and otherwise maintained in a sanitary manner. [

Keep trees and shrubs trimmed so sidewalks and street corners are not physically or visually obstructed. [

Outdoor Furniture
Don't use or store indoor furniture on any porch, deck, balcony or lawn. [

Litter
You are responsible for maintaining your yard. PACE officers will issue a warning for minor offenses, however; a ticket will be issued without prior warning if it is clear the litter was generated from the occupants/guests of the property and the offense is deemed serious. There is also a tiered fine system for multiple party litter offenses on a property.
