Menolly is a gifted musician but girls in her village do not become harpers. When she creates a song, she is punished for it and runs away. T’Gellan takes her to a dragon-training village where she meets Tirolt. She encourages him as a dragonrider, but begs him to keep her identity a secret, fearing she will be sent home.

This enduring children’s story tells of a boy and a girl who follow Peter Pan and Tinker Bell into Never Land, where children never grow up. Peter must fight to keep the peace until Captain Hook and his pirates are outwitted.

The people of Nowhere are illiterate. Learning to read was too much trouble. They are ruled by a dictator, Maestro Mean, who controls them by keeping them illiterate and poor. When a literate

young woman, Parsley, comes to the village, they beg her to teach them, risking her life an

d theirs. By Richard T. Young and produced by special arrangement with I.E. Clark Publications, PO Box 246, Schulenburg TX 78956.

 

Directed by Miranda Sue Hartmann and assistant directors Cami Sigworth and Dan Domino. Running crew supervisors: Sandi Sigworth and Laurel Domino (costumes), Morgan Le
