East Lansing Makes Entrepreneur Magazine’s "Best College Towns to Start a Business" List
- Entrepreneur Magazine Names East Lansing and MSU one of the "Best College Towns to Start a Business" in October 2009.
Cultural Economic Development Plan
- East Lansing, Lansing and MSU announced a new Cultural Economic Development Plan, a blueprint to create jobs through arts and culture, on Oct. 12.
City Center II
- This public-private partnership will include a wide variety of residential units and commercial space, along with a new performing arts theater and a 520-space parking ramp.
Avondale Square Project
- The 600 block of Virginia Avenue is currently being revitalized into new single-family, owner-occupied housing.
