Harrison Avenue Reconstruction Project
The 2011 construction of the Harrison Avenue Reconstruction Project will begin June 13, with a tentative completion in late August 2011. Harrison Avenue will be completely closed to traffic from Trowbridge Road to Shaw Lane beginning June 15. Learn more
Local Streets
Reconstruction will take place on the following local East Lansing streets this summer: Rosewood Avenue, Bainbridge Drive, Foxcroft Road, Cambria Drive, Smithfield Avenue, Harvard Road and Cowley Avenue. The projects are expected to be completed by September. View map
Grove Street Ramp
The Grove Street Ramp, located on Grove Street in downtown East Lansing, may have limited parking disruptions, May 23- Sept. 1, 2011.
Division Street Construction
The sidewalk ramps on Division Street, from Albert Avenue to Burcham Avenue, will be made ADA compliant. Construction will take place from July 1 through mid-August. Minor traffic lane shifts will occur.
Hazardous Sidewalk Program
The 2011 Hazardous Sidewalk Program will continue in the Glencairn neighborhood. It will likely begin this fall and will continue into spring 2012. Additional construction information will be posted closer to the start of the project. Learn more
