To receive a complete application packet, please mail this request form to Emerging Leaders Program, 410 Abbot Road , East Lansing, MI 48823.
There is no charge toparticipate in this program, however the class size is limited to 20. Applications will be reviewed and selected by a committee.

Note: All residents over the age of 18 are eligible to apply. Applicants can not be running for, or currently serving in, an elected office.
