Photos should be full color and submitted in a digital format with a preferred resolution of 300 dpi. Photos should be taken on the highest resolution setting of a digital camera. Images should not include significantly modified or digitally edited content.
The City prefers that only minor (if any) brightness, contrast or color enhancements be made to photo submissions. *A signed model release form is required for any photos containing people.
