Community members that have questions about the 2010 Census or need help filling out their form can soon find assistance at Census Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QACs) located throughout the East Lansing-MSU community. The QAC program will run March 19-April 19. See specific locations and times below:
MSU Union (Corner of Grand River Avenue and Abbot Road)
Mondays-Wednesdays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursdays from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
MSU International Center (Off of Shaw Lane)
Mondays-Fridays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
MSU Library (100 Library)
Sundays and Tuesdays from 1-4 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-10 p.m.
East Lansing Hannah Community Center (819 Abbot Road)
Mondays from 8-11 a.m. Tuesdays from 5-9 p.m. Wednesdays from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Volunteers trained and sworn in by the U.S. Census Bureau will be on hand at the QACs to provide assistance. Census forms arrived in mailboxes in mid-March and should have been postmarked by April 1, however; the Census Bureau will be accepting forms through the end of April. Community members should fill out their form where they were living on April 1.
