MSU SHC is a cooperative owned and run by 196 students. We own 12 houses in East Lansing and one in Lansing. Houses feature shared and single rooms, furnished common areas, and convenient meal plans. Members are able to participate in a wide variety of community events, and are encouraged to actively participate in the governance of the organization.
