Saginaw Highway, between Abbot and Harrison roads, is partially closed due to a vehicle accident early this morning. An estimated 200 homes remain without power due to the accident. The Lansing Board of Water & Light estimates that power will be restored by no later than [UPDATED] 6 p.m. tonight.
