DTN Management Company has withdrawn its redevelopment proposal for the Park District Planning Area. The decision to withdraw comes upon news of yesterday’s election results. The ballot proposal for the “Authorization of Sale of City-Owned Property” did not meet the 60 percent threshold required by the City Charter.
