City Center II Project -
The City of East Lansing is currently reviewing plans for City Center II. It is a proposed mixed-use project including residential units, retail, restaurants, office space, public exhibition areas and a parking structure.

2008 Cedar Fest Information -
ELPD and MSU have established a $20,000 reward fund for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals who committed criminal acts during Cedar Fest.
A list of individuals who have been arrested and arraigned can be viewed as well as a place to share tips, photos and/or footage.

ELROW Food Drive to Benefit Haven House -
The annual East Lansing Reducing Our Waste (ELROW) food drive began this week. Residents can either place non-perishable food items in curbside recycling bins or drop off food items at City Hall, Public Library or DPW through May 9.

Rental License Moratorium Around Avondale Square Project -
City Council passed an 18 month rental license moratorium (effective Nov. 20) for the area surrounding the Avondale Square Project. During the moratorium staff will review tools to stabilize the neighborhood and encourage home ownership. View map.
