(SCENE) Metrospace, the City of East Lansing's alternative contemporary art gallery and performance space, provides the community with important cultural programming such as contemporary art exhibitions, music concerts, poetry readings, film screenings and dance and theater events. All of the revenue that (SCENE) generates, as well as all of the contributions and donations and support that the space receives, helps offset the City's subsidy of this vital community arts space.
