*Please note: To receive an absentee ballot in the mail, applications must be received by the City Clerk's office no later than 2 p.m. on the Saturday before an election. Absentee ballots must be returned to the City Clerk Office, NOT the precinct, by 8 p.m. on the day of the election. The cost of postage to send ballots back is $0.65. Registered voters can also vote absentee in person at the City Clerk's office up to 4 p.m. on Monday before the election.
