On April 30, 2020, the East Lansing City Council approved a resolution to receive and file a recommendation from the East Lansing Downtown Management Board on the continuation of the Principal Shopping District Project Special Assessment, to declare the project a public necessity, to receive and file Special Assessment Roll 75 for the cost of the district of the property and to set the date and time of two public hearings to be held May 12, 2020 and May 26, 2020 on the continuation of the Special Assessment.
