Children, young adults and parents are invited to participate in the 2nd Annual East Lansing Robotics Fest, taking place on Sunday, Sept. 16 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in Valley Court Park, 300 Valley Court. The event is FREE and open to the public.
During the festival, school-aged children and teens (grades 1-12) are invited to partner with hosts from the MSU College of Engineering, Information Technology Empowerment Center (ITEC) and the East Lansing Public Library to build robots. The event will also feature MSU's autonomous vehicle, bottle cap rockets and robotics fish.
Come take a stroll and see what the incredible world of engineering has to offer!
Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Registration will be available the day of the event. To pre-register, click here.
Parking will be free in downtown East Lansing for the Robotics Fest, as it is on a Sunday. However, there is limited parking adjacent to Valley Court Park. Those attending the Robotics Fest are encouraged to park in the Grove Street Garage (330 Grove St), located two blocks from the event location.
