To help community members stay active during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Prime Time Seniors Program has compiled a list of workout videos created by Prime Time instructors that can be used for exercise at home. This webpage will be updated as more videos/resources become available.
Shelly KK Design's Community members can go to Shelly KK Design's website and subscribe to receive emails when new exercise videos are posted. On her website, there is also a "Zumba/Toning" tab, where community members can find her exercise videos. Group Fitness 101
Group Fitness 101 shares training videos on its website for community members to follow along. Most of the videos are 15 minutes and include chair yoga, floor exercises and more. Stretch, Flex and Balance with Julie Dillon Community members can participate in a stretch, flex and balance exercise class with Julie Dillon from the comfort of their homes. Dillon's exercise classes will be uploaded to the City of East Lansing's YouTube channel. Here is a list of available exercise videos by Julie Dillon:
