2040 Merritt Road - Land Division

A public hearing will take place during the East Lansing Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road, to consider a land division application at 2040 Merritt Road.

210 W. Lake Lansing Road - Rezoning

A public hearing will take place during the East Lansing Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road, to consider a rezoning application for 210 W. Lake Lansing Road.

249 University Drive - Certificate of Appropriateness 

A public hearing will take place during the East Lansing Historic District Commission meeting on Thursday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. at the East Lansing 54B District Court, Courtroom 2, 101 Linden Street, to consider a request from John Baynes for the property at 249 University Drive to construct an addition to the west wing of the home. 

427 Grove Street - Certificate of Appropriateness 

A public hearing will take place during the East Lansing Historic District Commission meeting on Thursday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. at the East Lansing 54B District Court, Courtroom 2, 101 Linden Street, to consider a request from Lori Proctor for the property at 427 Grove Street to install tempered glass on the second and third story center windows. 

215 River Street - Zoning Variance

A public hearing will take place during the East Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. at the East Lansing 54B District Court, Courtroom 1, 101 Linden Street, to consider an application from GTW Investment Properties, LLC for the property located at 215 River Street for a variance from Chapter 50- Zoning Code, regarding parking and driveway setbacks.
