MiFile: Our Court is Now Accepting E-Filings

*Judicial Order 23-03 Delay of Effective Date of Amendments to MCR 4.201

54-B District Court is live with MiFILE on Thursday, July 13, 2023. As a reminder, all attorneys submitting civil filings with the court will be required to e-file as required by Michigan Court Rule 1.109(G)(3)(f). (Self-represented parties may participate in the e-filing program for civil matters but will not be required to do so.As such, on Thursday, July 13, 2023 attorneys will be required to e-file court documents for civil matters via MiFILE.

A MiFILE account is required to submit forms to the court. To get started, visit the MiFILE website and click "Sign Up" in the upper right corner. Creating an account is free. Check out the MiFILE Tutorial below for guidance.
