The Community Development Division administers a number of grants to non-profit community programs that provide services to income-qualified residents that meet the
HUD Income Qualifications. Examples of services are c
hild care, domestic abuse support and counseling, elderly care, homeless assistance, legal services, literacy programming and mentor programs. It also offers financial assistance to income-qualified persons looking to purchase a home or making rehabilitation improvements.
