Downtown Development Authority

The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) develops programs and projects which are aimed at improving downtown East Lansing including new business development, business recruitment and retention, downtown beautification, public improvements, marketing and promotion. Members must consist of commissioners that own or manage commercial property in the downtown and one member who lives within the DDA District.

Public Meeting Notice

  • DDA will hold an Informational Meeting on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. in Conference Room A located on the second floor of City Hall at 410 Abbot Road. This meeting will be to share projects completed over the last year and discuss future plans in the DDA district.
