Sept. 19, 2017 City Council held a special meeting and approved Amended Brownfield Plan #11 for the Park District Project, the second Addendum to the Development Agreement, the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of East Lansing, the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA),  the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and 110 Grand River LLC and 341 Evergreen LLC with an amended Exhibit F to the Development Agreement, and the Land Transfer Agreement between the City of East Lansing, the BRA, the DDA, and 100 Grand River LLC and 341 Evergreen LLC
Sept. 21, 2017 An agreement was not reached between the former developer of the City Center II project and the current developer regarding the Michigan Business Tax credit, so the project will not be moving forward. However, demolition of the existing properties will take place the weekend of Oct. 7 as planned. The developer proposes to re-work the site plan in the coming months.
January 9, 2018 City Council approved the Termination of the Park District Development Agreement, Land Transfer Agreement, and the Brownfield Reimbursement Agreement (“Termination”), by and among the City of East Lansing, the City of East Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, the Downtown Development Authority of the City of East Lansing , and 100 Grand River LLC and 341 Evergreen LLC (collectively, the “Developer”). 
February 27, 2018 City Council approved the termination of Brownfield Plan #11
June 15, 2018 Revised plans were submitted for the Park District site, including a mixed-used building with ground floor retail, apartments, parking, a separate hotel building and a second residential building.

September 27, 2018 DDA approves minor changes made to the Development Agreement (as approved by Council) and approves an interlocal agreement regarding Brownfield Plan #11. BRA approves a reimbursement agreement with the developer for payment of tax increment revenues.
November 27, 2018 The developer obtained State of Michigan approvals for the Michigan Business Tax Credit and the State's Brownfield TIF. Construction is targeted to begin in December 2018.
