Alan Hall has been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer for almost three years. He does one-to-one training, group training and teaches group fitness. He began by running with his mom and helping his family achieve their health and fitness goals.
Alan was inspired to become a personal trainer because he was a member of the US Marines and this played a role in trying to help people be there best selves. When talking about health and exercise Alan says "exercise is good for you, it helps you live longer, and improves overall health." He's here to help you achieve your goals too!
