Ultimate/Trashcan Lacrosse Camp
This one-week coed camp will be organized to introduce kids to the exciting sports of Ultimate (aka ultimate frisbee) and Trashcan Lacrosse. Both games are simple, fun and exciting and involve running, agility, acceleration, deceleration, object control and other important fundamental movement skills.

Both Ultimate and Trashcan Lacrosse are excellent donor sports that can help kids learn basic tactical skills needed for other invasion sports like basketball, soccer, hockey and lacrosse. Play and games will involve more small-sided action where there is less standing or sitting and there is more opportunity for learning and confidence building.

The Ultimate/Trashcan Lacrosse Camp will be offered to the following age groups at the following times:

3rd-4th Grade
June 14-17
5:30-7 p.m.
East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road

5th-8th Grade
July 12-15
5:30-7 p.m.
East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road

Register for the Ultimate/Trashcan Lacrosse Camp here.
