ELPL 100th Birthday Celebration

The East Lansing Public Library will turn 100 in March 2023. In honor of this anniversary, the library will be having a birthday party on Saturday, March 11 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the library, 950 Abbot Road

The event will feature music, Maker Studio activities, face painting, a fire truck to explore outside, congratulatory comments, giveaways and cake. David Andrews of WILX-TV10 will be the host for the comments portion of the program, which will begin at 11:30 a.m. ELPL will be joined by the East Lansing Fire Department and WKAR, both of which are also celebrating 100th anniversaries. 

All community members are invited to attend this special celebration.
