Learn fundamental exercises for balance and flexibility to improve range of motion and quality of life. The class will focus on correct alignment, muscle engagement, and posture. All fitness levels are welcome, and modification of any exercises is highly encouraged. Those with injuries, arthritis, and postural issues will benefit greatly from this class. Lauren Warshaw has been a personal trainer for almost two years and specializes in older adults or those with injuries or limited range of motion. Instructor: Lauren Warshaw
