Tai Chi is a series of continuous, connected movements sometimes called a moving meditation. It is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Tai Chi strengthens muscles, builds bone density, reduces cholesterol, lowers blood pressure and more. It develops balance, focus and control, which will benefit you mentally as well as physically.
