EAST LANSING, Mich. — The Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) to conduct a housing study in the City of East Lansing was released today.
The City is seeking information about its current housing market and the impacts of recent developments on the housing demand in the area. Additionally, the City is seeking answers to some fundamental questions regarding projected trends to help better understand current conditions and assist in the future planning of the City.
The housing study will provide the City with benchmark data and insights, which will be tracked over time and used for follow-up studies.
The City is looking for qualified firms with demonstrated success in executing housing studies in communities similar to East Lansing, especially communities that have a significant university presence. Interested firms have until 10 a.m. (EST) on January 17, 2020 to submit their proposal.
