EAST LANSING, Mich. — The Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP), through a partnership with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), is administering 60 $10,000 working capital grants to Michigan-owned small businesses in the tri-county region, including East Lansing businesses.
Grants will be administered to businesses with 50 employees or less that have suffered financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The application is expected to be posted as earlier as Friday, March 27, 2020 or by Saturday, March 28, 2020, with a quick turnaround for applications from businesses. Applications will be due on Tuesday, March 31 at 11:59 p.m.
