“We are so excited for the selection of Nina as the new artistic director of All-of-us Express. She brings a broad amount of theater expertise to this position,” said East Lansing Parks, Recreation and Arts Program Coordinator Kathleen Miller. “Over the years that she has been involved in AECT, Nina has honed a diverse set of skills that will benefit all of our young performers.”

Over 80 community members from the mid-Michigan area are participating on the cast and crews of this production. AECT began in 1989 as a theater for children by children. In 2009 the theater merged with the City of East Lansing. This fall begins AECT’s 35th season.

Disney’s “Frozen Jr.” is a story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Anna and Elsa. It is full of magic, adventure and plenty of humor that promises to thaw even the coldest heart.

Production of Disney’s “Frozen Jr.” is generously sponsored by Jackson, Ingham County Hotel/Motel Fund, the Michigan Arts and Culture Council, the Arts Council of Greater Lansing and the National Endowment for the Arts.

All-of-us Express Children’s Theatre (AECT) offers young people of all backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles the opportunity to produce professional quality plays, study many aspects of the dramatic arts and develop valuable life skills while providing outstanding entertainment to the community.
