EAST LANSING, Mich. — The Community Relations Coalition (CRC) will kick off another great year of community building and outreach in the East Lansing-MSU community with its neighborhood ice cream socials and fall neighborhood cleanups.
The ice cream socials will provide long-term residents and students living in close proximity to each other with a chance to come out and mingle in a fun and informal neighborhood setting. The ice cream socials will also provide neighbors with a chance to meet the new CRC student interns, who will be working to enhance relationships and build community within East Lansing’s diverse neighborhoods throughout the coming academic school year. MSU Dairy Store ice cream will be served!
This year’s ice cream socials will take place from 6-7 p.m. on the following dates:
? Wednesday, Sept. 2 in the Bailey Neighborhood, 300 Bailey St.
? Wednesday, Sept. 9, TBD? Tuesday, Sept. 15 in the Red Cedar Neighborhood, 1054 Marigold Ave.
