[ARCHIVED] Lane Closure on Abbot Road due to Sinkhole

EAST LANSING, Mich. — Motorists are advised that one of the northbound lanes on Abbot Road, between Whitehills Drive and Saginaw Street, is currently closed due to a sinkhole.

Crews are working to repair the issue. It is unknown at this time how long the lane closure will be in place.

Motorists are asked to exercise caution when driving in the area. Please call the East Lansing Department of Public Works at (517) 337-9459 with questions.
