EAST LANSING, Mich. — The Community Relations Coalition (CRC) will be hosting “East Lansing Grooves,” a community concert at 2 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 21 at the East Lansing Pump House, 368 Orchard St.
Michigan State University senior and Chesterfield Hills neighborhood intern Ryan Martini has compiled a variety of music ranging from mixed percussion to a jazz combo for the community to enjoy. Light refreshments will also be served.
“We are excited to bring the MSU and East Lansing communities together for an afternoon filled with talented artists,” Martini said.
Martini is studying music and is excited to share his passion with the East Lansing community. He has also reached out to other artists in the area to perform different genres of music during the concert.
The CRC works to build trusting relationships between the communities of East Lansing and Michigan State University by fostering cooperation and communication between neighbors. This year’s interns are striving for new and innovative ways to bridge the gap inthe East Lansing-MSU community.
