[ARCHIVED] 53rd Annual East Lansing Art Festival Call for Volunteers

EAST LANSING, MI — Community volunteers are needed for the 53rd Annual East Lansing Art Festival (ELAF), taking place May 21-22, 2016. The ELAF volunteers are an important part of bringing 185 artists, live performances, arts activities and international fare to the streets of downtown East Lansing.

There are volunteer opportunities in several areas, including:

• Booth Runner/Festival Ambassador
• Artist Check-in Team
• Traffic Director
• Concert Assistant/Information Booth
• Green Team
• Bike Parking Attendant
• Music Stage Assistant
• Artist Demonstration Attendant
• Information Booth/Festival Outreach
• Artist Check-out Team

Volunteers generally sign up for two- to three-hour shifts in the area(s) of their choice. Visit www.elartfest.com to sign up online or contact Michelle Carlson at (517) 319-6804 or info@elartfest.com.
