EAST LANSING, Mich. — Community members and East Lansing City Hall patrons are advised that the City Hall North Lot, 410 Abbot Road, will be closed tomorrow, July 21.

The improvements will allow for those who park in the lot to pay by coins, credit card and/or from their phone using the free PassportParking Mobile Pay app.
