Members of the ELPD K9 Unit will also be there to visit with young animal lovers.

The library and parking lot will close at 5 p.m. to prepare for this all-ages community celebration. Parking for the event will be available at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road.

*Sparty’s visit is weather permitting. If it’s too hot, his visit may be canceled.
