EAST LANSING, Mich. — Virginia Avenue, between Burcham Drive and Snyder Road, will be closed tomorrow, Aug. 31 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The closure will allow Consumers Energy to conduct service lead work in the roadway.
