EAST LANSING, Mich. – Community members are invited to celebrate the splendor of fall at the annual Autumn Fest event at the East Lansing Farmer’s Market (ELFM) on Sunday, Oct. 9 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Valley Court Park, 280 Valley Court. It’s free.
Autumn Fest will feature a full assortment of seasonal Michigan produce and products, free cider and donuts, wagon rides, an outdoor fire pit, live music and fall children’s activities hosted by the Community Relations Coalition and East Lansing Public Library. Live music performances will include Pete Wittig from 10 a.m.-noon and Mary McGuire from noon-2 p.m.

The East Lansing Farmer's Market, a growers-only market, is located in an inviting, open-air atmosphere, just steps away from the Michigan State University campus and downtown East Lansing. Customers can fill their shopping bags with farm-grown Michigan produce and products, including fresh fruits and vegetables, artisan bread, meats, cheese, flowers, honey, maple syrup and much more. The 2016 season will continue on Sundays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Valley Court Park through the end of October.
