EAST LANSING, Mich. – Cape seal work will begin tomorrow afternoon on Abbey Road in East Lansing, between West and Coolidge roads and Coolidge and Marfitt roads.
There will be three phases for this work, during which the roadway will be closed to traffic for approximately four to five hours to allow for material application on the road surface. During the intermittent road closures, motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes. Residents living adjacent to the work are encouraged to use Marfitt Road to access Lake Lansing Road. Coolidge Road traffic will not be impacted by this work.
