EAST LANSING, Mich. — In an effort to support local authors and give inspiration to aspiring authors, the East Lansing Public Library (ELPL) will be hosting a Local Authors Panel on Wednesday, May 23 from 6:30-8 p.m.
The panel will feature a number of local authors that represent a variety of different genres of writing who will speak about how they got started and their experiences as writers. There will also be an opportunity for audience members to ask questions about their writing process and how they came to be published authors.
The panelists will include: Alyssa Alexander, Karen Dean Benson, Joyce Benvenuto, Kristie L. Dickinson, Lia Farrell, M.J. Parisian and Martha Steinhagen. Their books will be available for purchase at the event.
