EAST LANSING, Mich. — East Lansing’s popular Play in the Park children’s entertainment series will take place on Tuesday evenings this July in Valley Court Park, 280 Valley Court.
The 2018 Play in the Park program will feature free family activities in a beautiful park setting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3; Tuesday, July 10; Tuesday, July 17; Tuesday, July 24 and Tuesday, July 31.
Community members are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Play in the Park events will be canceled in the event of rain or inclement weather.

July 3
Greg Lester Puppet Adventures
Greg Lester will bring families on an adventure with his reenactment of the magical story of “Jack and the Beanstalk.”
July 10
Cirque Amongus
Cirque Amongus puts on a show filled with a surprising combination of comedy, circus skills and audience participation!
July 17
Magic with P.J. Weber
Magician P.J. Weber puts on a high-energy show full of magic, comedy and illusions that will bring smiles and laughter to the whole audience.
July 24
Tunes N’ Tales
This group entertains with interactive tunes and music that will have everyone singing and dancing along!
July 31
Zeke the Wonderdog
Zeke the Wonderdog, a beloved entertainer at Michigan State University athletic events, will bring interactive, high-flying, Frisbee-catching dogs to the park for an unforgettable evening that is sure to entertain the whole family!
